Recurring placement cost starts at $2,199 per mailing + a one-time design fee of $250 (varies based on frequency). This is the upfront cost to reserve your exclusive placement. All advertisement incentives are sized at 8x5, double-sided with a 4-color process. The Summerlin Marketplace envelopes consist of 20 to 30 ad placements and reach over 12,000+ residents within the finer communities spanning─West Summerlin, The Ridges, The Summit Club, Red Rock Country Club, Mesa Ridge + Granite Hills, Ascension, Spanish Trail Country Club + The Estates at Spanish Hills. The Henderson communities include the premier private communities spanning Lake Las Vegas, MacDonald Highlands, Ascaya, Anthem Country Club, Seven Hills, and Southern Highlands Estates. We're mailing 12Xs per year. (Advertisers can save up to 15% off with a 4Xs commitment.) *All recurring placements require new product offerings/images.
